- 1 cup white rice ponni ari/
- 1/2 cup urad dal / black gram white
- 2 - 3 teaspoons rice cooked
- 2 pinchs fenugreek
- 3 teaspoons gingelly oil
- as required salt
- as required water

Instructions
- clean and soak rice ,fenugreek and urad dal for 7-8 hours.
- grind them to a fine paste . add required water and make a thick batter
- keep 8-10 hours for fermentation.
- add salt just before cooking
- heat dosa kallu/pan and brush gingly oil all over the pan.spread a big spoon of dosa batter in to the pan.
- circular motion from center to outer.
- pour little oil around the edges.
- close with a lid
- when dosa start browning remove from pan.
- serve hot with chutney and sambar.
Recipe Notes
if you are using nonstick pan no need for gingelly oil but taste may change.
