clean and cut chicken in to medium pieces.wash well ,drain water and keep aside
clean and chop onion.
in a pressure cooker boil the cleaned chicken pieces with salt,turmeric powder, 1/4 of the coriander , 1/4 of the chili powder and 1/4 cup water.(one whistle approximately).let it cool naturally.open the lid.if there is excess water cook in a high flame and evaporate water completely.
then shred the boiled chicken with your hands or by using a mixer.keep aside
heat oil in a pan,add thinly sliced onion ,saute well until it become soft.then add ginger , garlic paste and green chili saute well until raw smell goes.then add chili,turmeric,pepper,coriander and garam masala.Saute well until you get a pleasant aroma.
then add boiled and shredded chicken in to it.mix well and saute for few more minutes.check salt consistency.add if needed.
In a bowl add egg and 1 teaspoon sugar. beat well and keep aside.
take sliced bread and remove sides of the bread(Use this for making bread crumbs).do this for all bread pieces.
take water in a bowl dip bread pieces and squeeze out water with your palm.try to retain the normal shape of a bread or gently spread it inside your palm.
then take 1 or 2 teaspoon of filling and place it on the flattened bread pieces.wrap it and gently pat with your fingers to give a spindle shape.
dip this in to the egg mixture.roll on to bread crumbs.
