Ingredients
- 500 g chicken
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1 nos onion
- 1 curd table spoon
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 - 3 nos green chili
- 1 ginger small piece
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- salt
- oil

Instructions
- soak soya chunks in to hot water for 15 minutes.squeeze well.
- marinate soya chunks with salt and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.then deep fry it.keep aside in a paper towel.
- clean chicken and cut in to small pieces.wash well and marinate with salt ,curd and garam masala.keep aside
- grind onion,green chili ,ginger ,garlic and coriander leaves and make a fine paste.
- heat oil in a pan ,add the grounded paste,saute well until raw smell goes.
- then add turmeric, coriander and pepper powder in to it saute well until oil separates.
- then add marinated chicken pieces in to it.mix well, cover with a lid and cook in a low flame.stir in between.
- once the chicken cooked well add the roasted soya chunks.
- toss nicely till the gravy coated to the chicken and soya chunks and chicken changes in color.
- garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot with chapati
