- 8 nos button mushroom
- 1/4 teaspoon curd
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 pinchs baking soda
- breadcrumb
- salt
- water
- oil

Instructions
- clean mushrooms and pat dry with paper towel.peel the skin.keep stem.
- make small gashes on mushroom .
- marinate mushrooms with salt and pepper.keep aside for 10 minutes
- In a bowl add all purpose flour,salt,curd , baking powder and sufficient amount of water.mix it well and make a fine batter.the batter should not be too thick or too thin.
- dip mushroom in this batter,drip off excess batter and coat mushrooms with breadcrumbs.
- heat oil in a pan and deep fry mushrooms until it become golden brown
- serve with tomato or chili sauce.
