Here I made this egg less chocolate mousse with some fresh cream and dark chocolate.When ever I make something for my son I don’t prefer using raw eggs.Making this delicious mousse is so easy.First melt the chocolate in double boiling method,beat the cream until peaks form then gently fold with melted chocolate. chill and serve.
In my opinion, When making chocolate mousse dark chocolate is good. but you can make it with white or milk chocolate.Use chocolate with a higher percentage of coco in it.More bitter the chocolate you will get more tasty mousses.Serve your mousses with some fresh berries or top with some crunchy nuts or chocolate chips.

- Melt the dark chocolate in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water.remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- In another bowl add the whipping cream and sugar whisk until soft peaks form.
- gently fold in the chocolate (make sure the chocolate is completely cooled). chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Transfer to serving bowls.Top the bowls with chocolate chips or fresh berries and serve
