Ingredients
- 2 nos egg
- 3 nos onion
- 6 nos chilly green
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon corriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- salt as needed
- 4 teaspoons oil

Instructions
- boil egg and deshell.make small slits over the egg vertically.keep aside.
- clean and cut onion in to thin slices.clean and cut green chilly in to lengthwise.
- Mix 3 pinch of pepper powder,2 pinch turmeric and salt.mix this with boiled egg.
- heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the boiled egg(turn all sides).once the outer side of the egg starts to turn in to brown remove it from the pan.
- add curry leaves in to the same oil fry well.then add sliced green chillies.saute for 2 minute ,add sliced onion.saute well until it becomes transparent.
- add turmeric powder,coriander powder,pepper powder and salt.saute till raw smell is gone.
- add garam masala ,saute for few minutes,then add fried egg to the masala,cover the egg with masala.keep everything in to the center of the pan.
- cook in a law flame for few minutes.
- remove from fire.serve hot with bread or chapati.
Recipe Notes
Add salt or vinegar while boiling egg.It prevent crackling of egg.
