Ingredients
- 300 g Beef chicken / Boneless
- 2 nos onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic and paste each
- 2 nos chilly green
- 3 pinchs turmeric powder
- 3/4 teaspoon chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 cups maida
- salt
- water
- oil

- Clean and wash chicken/beef well.boil this with salt and turmeric powder.once done let it cool, then chop in to small pieces.keep aside
- in a bowl take maida ,add sufficient salt and lukewarm water in to it,knead well and make a soft dough.
- heat oil in a pan then add thinly sliced onion.saute well till onion become soft.then add ginger garlic paste and green chilly.saute well till raw smell goes .then add chilly powder,coriander powder and garam masala. saute well,you will get a nice masala smell that time add chicken pieces, mix well,check salt consistency add if needed.saute well and cook for few more minutes.then switch off the stove.
- take the dough and roll out small lemon size dough.
- spread a portion of filling on the pathiri.leave the sides.
- place another rolled out pathiri on top of it. and seal the edges.just fold the edges inside.in the same way make all pathiris.
- heat oil in a pan .deep fry the stuffed pathiris till it becomes golden color.
- serve hot with tea or coffee.
