- 2 - 3 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 nos green chilli
- as required salt

- Take onion in a bowl.add vinegar and salt.mash well.squeeze onion well.
- add finely chopped chilly .mix well
- serve as a side dish of biriyani and ghee rice
