- 1/2 kg tapioca
- water
- salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 3 nos red chilli whole

Instructions
- Peel the skin of tapioca and cut in to medium pieces,wash well.
- add cleaned tapioca in to a cooking vessel.add sufficient water(water level should be 3-4 inches higher than tapioca) and salt;cook till tapioca become soft .drain water completely.mash gently and keep aside.
- cut each red chilli in to three pieces.
- heat oil in a pan .add mustard seeds when mustard seeds starts splutter add curry leaves.saute well then add chopped red chilies.saute till red chili become fried.add this to cooked tapioca.mix well
- serve with fish curry.
