Instructions
- In a cooking vessel add pachakay and payar along with turmeric ,salt green chilly and little water,cover the vessel with a lid.cook for few minutes.once the banana and payar become soft open the lid and keep on low fire till the water absorbs completely.
- heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds ,when it starts splutter add garlic and chopped shallot.when it turn light brown add the cooked banana and payar, mix well and saute it on a low fire for five minutes,serve hot with rice.
