Ingredients
- 1 bread fruit medium size
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 pinchs garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3 - 4 nos shallot
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 1/2 cups coconut grated
- coconut oil
- salt
- curry leaves
- mustard seed
- water

Instructions
- remove the bread fruit skin and mid rib.then cut in to small pieces.wash well and keep aside in cold water.
- add breadfruit pieces in to a pressure cooker or cooking vessel.add chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt in to it .add sufficient amount of water.then cook well.
- meantime heat oil in another pan, add grated coconut, cumin seeds and shallots.saute well until it become golden brown,let it cool.grind well and add this to the cooked bread fruit(if the gravy is too thick,add more water). mix well and add garam masala,let it boil for few minutes.switch off the stove.
- heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds,add curry leaves,fry it and pour to the curry.serve with rice.
