- 500 g papaya
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 - 3 chilly
- 2 pinchs cumin (optional)
- salt as needed
- coconut oil

Instructions
- peel papaya skin .remove seeds,grate the cleaned papaya.
- in a mixer crush coconut, green chilly, and cumin seeds.
- mix papaya,salt and crushed coconut together.
- heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds.add the papaya and coconut mix,stir well.sprinkle few drops of water.keep every thing in to the center of the pan.cover with a lid.
- cook in a low flame for 10 minutes.remove the lid.stir well.and remove from fire.
- serve hot with rice.
Recipe Notes
do not over cook papaya.use little oil.
