- clean fish with salt and water
- grind ginger,garlic,shallot, chilly,pepper,turmeric and salt.make a fine paste.
- add lemon juice and mix well
- in a bowl take fish pieces and marinate fish pieces with this mix
- cover with a lid and keep refrigerator for 2 hour.
- heat sufficient oil in a pan spread 2-3 curry leave sprigs in this
- then arrange fish pieces on top of the curry leaves.
- shallow fry each side
- serve hot
you can change the amount of spices as per your taste level.you can use any fish.
