- 2 nos banana
- 3 nos egg
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ghee
- 3 teaspoons coconut oil
- 3 nos cardamom
- handful raisins
- handful cashew nut

Instructions
- peel and cut banana in to small pieces.
- heat ghee or coconut oil in a non stick pan ,add cashew nuts.fry cashew nuts and keep aside on a paper towel
- in the same oil fry raisins and keep aside on a paper towel
- then add sliced banana in to the oil .
- fry banana pieces(in a medium or low flame) till it become golden brown.remove from fire and drain excess oil.
- in a bowl add egg ,sugar and cardamom powder or crushed cardamom.whisk well.
- add fried banana to egg mixture.mix well
- heat ghee in a non stick pan. add the egg banana mixture in to it .top the mixture with fried raisins and cashew.cover with a lid then cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
- with a fork just check the inside is cooked or not.once done remove from fire. serve with tea or coffee.
Recipe Notes
for steam cooking:-take abowl .grease inside with ghee then add the egg bananamixture in to it.and steam cook for 20 minutes.
