Instructions
- clean and cut chicken in to small or medium pieces.
- for making garam masala dry roast and grind all ingredients under garam masala;make a fine powder.
- soak both chilies in hot water for one hour .grind chili ,ginger, garlic, pepper green chilly and curry leaves.
- marinate chicken pieces with grounded paste,turmeric,fennel powder,garam masala ,salt and lemon juice.keep marinated chicken in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces.
- serve hot
