
A healthy side dish with drum stick leaves.
Instructions
- clean drumstick leaves and separate it from stalks.wash well drain water and keep aside.
- coarsely grind cumin ,green chili and grated coconut.
- add coconut and salt to drumstick leaves.mix well with your hands.keep aside.
- clean and chop shallot and garlic.
- heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds,then add chopped garlic and shallot,saute till it become soft.
- then add turmeric powder and drumstic leaves.mix well.
- cover with a lid and cook in a low flame for 5-6 minutes.remove the lid and saute in a high flame till water completely evaporates.
- switch off the stove,serve with rice.
