Ingredients
- 400 g button mushroom
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 nos onion
- tomato tomato 1/2 of a
- 2 nos green chili
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic and paste each
- 1/2 teaspoon curd
- 2 pinchs cumin powder
- salt
- curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon shallot chopped
- mustard seeds
- oil
- water

Instructions
- clean and wash mushroom.peel the skin of mushroom and cut each in to 4 pieces.
- marinate this with curd and salt
- in a bowl add chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and cumin powder.add 3-4 teaspoon water in to it.mix well and make a paste.keep aside.
- clean and thinly slice onion.chop tomato.slice green chili length wise.
- heat oil in a pan add curry leaves ,saute well then add thinly sliced onion.saute until onion become golden brown.then add ginger garlic paste saute until raw smell goes.then add chopped tomato and green chili.saute till tomato become fried and oil separates.
- then add masala paste saute till oil separates.
- then add mushroom and 1/2 cup of water and salt.mix well and cover with a lid, cook well in a medium flame for 10 minutes.then open the lid.cook for few more minutes and let the gravy become thick.then switch of the stove.
- heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds,then add chopped shallot and curry leaves in to it.fry well ,then add this to the curry.
- serve with rice or chapati

mushroom leaves out water.so while cooking add water accordingly
