- 500 g mutton
- 100 g shallots
- 8 cloves garlic
- ginger small piece
- 6 - 7 nos red chilli whole
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chilly powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 3 nos chillie green
- water
- salt
- curry leaves
- coconut oil

Instructions
- clean mutton and cut in to medium pieces
- fry red chilies and crush it.
- add chopped garlic,ginger,shallots,curry leaves,crushed chilly and salt in to cleaned mutton.
- then add cumin powder,pepper powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala and turmeric powder.
- pressure cook the mutton with sufficient water(1 1/2 cup) and cook till its done.
- heat coconut oil in a pan add sliced shallots, green chilies and curry leaves.when shallots turned golden brown add pressure cooked mutton with gravy cook few more minutes in a low flame.
- serve hot
