- 2 - 3 nos garlic

Instructions
- clean fish and cut in to medium thin slices.
- marinate fish pieces with salt and lemon juice.keep aside.
- grind pepper green chillie and garlic together make a fine paste.
- add this to the marinated fish pieces.mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- heat oil in a pan shallow fry the fish pieces.serve hot
