
Instructions
- take a bowl add both flour and salt.mix well
- add water little by little while kneading
- make a fine dough(not too hard or too watery)
- make small balls out of it
- roll it out in to small circles
- heat sufficient oil in a deep bottom pan
- drop poori in to oil.when poori starts to puff gently press on top of the poori with ladle.it helps the poori to puff up.turn it.so both side become brown.
- once done transfer to a paper towel .serve with bhaji.
