- 10 nos prawn
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons crushed red chilie
- curry leaves
- coconut oil

Instructions
- clean prawns, peel the skin and devein it.wash well and keep it in a curry vessel.add chili powder ,turmeric powder,water ,vinegar and salt in to it.
- cover with a lid ,cook well(4-10 minutes according to size).let the gravy evaporates completely.then switch off the stove.
- heat oil in pan.add curry leaves then add crushed chilly.saute for few minutes ,then add cooked prawns and mix well,shallow fry both sides of prawns until it become light brown(approximately 2-4 minutes).switch off the stove and serve hot.
Recipe Notes
for prawns brief cooking is essential.otherwise the flesh become tough
