Ingredients
- 6 nos Quail
- 3 - 4 tsps chilly powder
- 1 tsp chilly kashmeeri powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- salt
- 2 tsps lemon juice lemon
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 10 - 15 nos shallots
- 5 cloves garlic - 8
- 1 ginger piece
- coconut oil

Instructions
- clean quail.make small incisions in it with fork or knife.
- marinate cleaned quail with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, coriander powder. chilly powder. kashmeeri chilly and garam masala.
- keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hr or overnight.
- grind shallot garlic ginger together.
- heat oil in a pressure cooker .add the grinded paste. saute well till it is brown .
- add quail and 1/4 cup water stir well and cook for 5-10 minutes(2 whistle).
- let the cooker cool naturally.
- heat oil in a pan shallow fry the cooked quails.if there is excess gravy pour it in to the quails.
- make sure all sides of quail fried well.

Hi… It was yumm… But u forgot to mention pepper in instructions whereas uv mentioned in ingredients. Should we add to marinade or add in the end. Pls advice.
