  1. clean king fish
  2. dry roast red chilly,grind it in a mixer make a fine powder.add salt ,turmeric powder and shallots in to this .add 2 teaspoon coconut oil and 2 teaspoon water in to it.grind well ,make a fine paste,marinate fish pieces with this for 30 minutes.
  3. heat oil in a pan and fry fish pieces. serve hot.
