  1. peel the skin of banana,slice them in to thin pieces (I normally cut them length wise in to half.then slice each half in to three or four thin slices).keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add flour, rice powder, turmeric, salt , black sesame seeds, and water,mix well and make a semi thick batter(thicker than idly batter),add baking powder and mix well.
  3. heat oil in nonstick pan or skillet(oil should be really hot),dip the sliced bananas in the batter,deep fry it till golden remove from oil and keep aside in a paper towel.
  4. serve hot with tea.

Notes:-Use perfectly ripe plantain.You can use wheat flour instead of all purpose flour.
