  1. clean and soak rice ,fenugreek and urad dal for 7-8 hours.
  2. grind them to a fine paste . add required water and make a thick batter
  3. keep 8-10 hours for fermentation.
  4. add salt just before cooking
  5. heat dosa kallu/pan and brush gingly oil all over the pan.spread a big spoon of dosa batter in to the pan.
  6. circular motion from center to outer.
  7. pour little oil around the edges.
  8. close with a lid
  9. when dosa start browning remove from pan.
  10. serve hot with chutney and sambar.
Recipe Notes

if you are using nonstick pan no need for gingelly oil but taste may change.
