Dosa is a Delicious and healthy South indian Break fast food.Pan cake made from a fermented batter of rice and urad dal.Very popular all over South India

clean and soak rice ,fenugreek and urad dal for 7-8 hours.
grind them to a fine paste . add required water and make a thick batter
keep 8-10 hours for fermentation.
add salt just before cooking
heat dosa kallu/pan and brush gingly oil all over the pan.spread a big spoon of dosa batter in to the pan.
circular motion from center to outer.
pour little oil around the edges.
close with a lid
when dosa start browning remove from pan.
serve hot with chutney and sambar.
if you are using nonstick pan no need for gingelly oil but taste may change.
