Sliced

egg

teaspoons
sugar

pinch
salt
1/2
cup
milk
1
pinchs
cardomom
powder or 2
2
teaspoons
ghee
Instructions
slice each bread in to three pieces.
take milk in to a bowl.add egg,sugar, salt and cardamom in to it.mix well.
heat ghee in a non stick pan.
take a piece of bread and immerse it in the batter.
add this to the pan fry till both sides turn light brown.
repeat the process
serve with tea or coffee
