  1. clean spinach and finely chop.keep aside
  2. chop shallots,slit chillie length wise
  3. heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds.when mustard seeds starts to splutter add shallots saute till it becomes transparent.
  4. then add chopped spinach chillie and salt
  5. mix well, then cover with a lid.
  6. once the spinach almost cooked add grated coconut, mix well.
  7. cover with lid ,cook for few minutes.
  8. switch off the stove.serve with rice.
