(South Indian Style sauteed Taro)

peel the skin of taro and clean well under running water.then cut it in to medium small pieces.
cook cleaned taro in little water along with salt ,turmeric and chili powder.
crush coconut,curry leaves and green chili together and keep aside.
heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds then add red chili flakes in to it saute in a low flame until you get a pleasant aroma.
then add cooked taro in to it mix well,then add crushed coconut and mix well.
cover with a lid and cook in a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
serve with rice.
