Instructions
  1. clean ad cut chicken in to small pieces.marinate chicken with turmeric,chili ,lemon juice and salt.keep aside for 15 to 30 minutes
  2. cut onion in to thin slices.chop tomato,cut chili in to long pieces.
  3. heat oil in pan and deep fry chicken pieces.(lightly hard pieces)
  4. heat oil in another pan(you can use same oil in which we fried chicken pieces.it will enhance the taste.)add onion, saute well till onion become light brown .then add garlic saute till raw smell goes.then add chopped tomato.cook in a high flame till puree comes out.once tomato starts melting add chili powder,salt(add little) cloves and cardamom.
  5. saute well then add fried chicken pieces and sliced chili.
  6. saute well and add 1/4 glass of water.cook in a high flame.stir continuously.till water evaporates completely .make sure that chicken pieces are well coated with tomato pulp.then add vinegar.mix well and saute for few more minutes in a high flame;switch off the stove.
  7. serve hot with neer dosa or pathiri.
