Ingredients
500

chicken

soya
chunks
1
nos
onion
1
curd
table spoon
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
1
teaspoon
coriander
powder
2 – 3
nos
green chili
1
ginger
small piece
4
cloves
garlic
1/2
teaspoon
turmeric
1 handful
coriander leaves
1/2
teaspoon
garam masala
salt
oil
Instructions
soak soya chunks in to hot water for 15 minutes.squeeze well.
marinate soya chunks with salt and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.then deep fry it.keep aside in a paper towel.
clean chicken and cut in to small pieces.wash well and marinate with salt ,curd and garam masala.keep aside
grind onion,green chili ,ginger ,garlic and coriander leaves and make a fine paste.
heat oil in a pan ,add the grounded paste,saute well until raw smell goes.
then add turmeric, coriander and pepper powder in to it saute well until oil separates.
then add marinated chicken pieces in to it.mix well, cover with a lid and cook in a low flame.stir in between.
once the chicken cooked well add the roasted soya chunks.
toss nicely till the gravy coated to the chicken and soya chunks and chicken changes in color.
garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot with chapati
