  1. clean mushrooms and pat dry with paper towel.peel the skin.keep stem.
  2. make small gashes on mushroom .
  3. marinate mushrooms with salt and pepper.keep aside for 10 minutes
  4. In a bowl add all purpose flour,salt,curd , baking powder and sufficient amount of water.mix it well and make a fine batter.the batter should not be too thick or too thin.
  5. dip mushroom in this batter,drip off excess batter and coat mushrooms with breadcrumbs.
  6. heat oil in a pan and deep fry mushrooms until it become golden brown
  7. serve with tomato or chili sauce.
