  1. Add cooked warm rice in to a large bowl,mash the rice well,then add curd and salt.mix well.add chopped coriander leaves and chopped carrot, again mix well and keep aside.
  2. heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, then add urad dal,saute until it become golden.add chopped ginger, and sliced green chili and curry leaves, roast well,add asofitida powder.mix well
  3. pour it to the rice and serve warm hot or chilled with pickle and sauteed vegetables or serve at the end of meal.
Recipe Notes

Note:-Use thamil ponni rice or jeeraka samba rice

my measurements:-1 cup=255ml,1/2 cup=120ml
