For marinating chicken
Instructions
  1. clean and cut chicken in to 8 -10 pieces.wash well drain water.peel and cut potato in to medium size pieces.keep it in cold water.
  2. marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with all ingradients under marination.cover with a lid and keep in a refrigerator for 2 hours
  3. heat oil in a vessel,add cinnamon cloves and cardamom,slightly heat it .then add marinated chicken pieces.cook in a low flame,when the chicken cooked 1/2, add the potato pieces.mix well and cook in a low flame.
  4. when the chicken cooked well add fresh cream .mix lightly.then check salt consistency add if needed.
  5. switch of the stove
  6. serve with roti or rice
