  1. Peel the skin of tapioca and cut in to medium pieces,wash well.
  2. add cleaned tapioca in to a cooking vessel.add sufficient water(water level should be 3-4 inches higher than tapioca) and salt;cook till tapioca become soft .drain water completely.mash gently and keep aside.
  3. cut each red chilli in to three pieces.
  4. heat oil in a pan .add mustard seeds when mustard seeds starts splutter add curry leaves.saute well then add chopped red chilies.saute till red chili become fried.add this to cooked tapioca.mix well
  5. serve with fish curry.
