  1. clean karimeen well with salt and water
  2. make small slits on the fish.
  3. marinate the fish pieces with salt and lemon juice keep aside.
  4. mix all other ingredients well except oil.
  5. apply this paste on karimeen and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  6. heat oil in a pan and deep fry karimeen in both sides
  7. serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
