Ingredients
Instructions
  1. clean and wash the fish (clean fish add salt rub it well,then wash several times)
  2. in a bowl add all ingredients except fish and oil.add little water mix well make a fine paste
  3. marinate cleaned fish with this
  4. keep aside for 15-30 minutes.
  5. heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fishes in a medium flame.
  6. serve hot as a starter or side dish.
