  1. clean fish with salt and water
  2. grind ginger,garlic,shallot, chilly,pepper,turmeric and salt.make a fine paste.
  3. add lemon juice and mix well
  4. in a bowl take fish pieces and marinate fish pieces with this mix
  5. cover with a lid and keep refrigerator for 2 hour.
  6. heat sufficient oil in a pan spread 2-3 curry leave sprigs in this
  7. then arrange fish pieces on top of the curry leaves.
  8. shallow fry each side
  9. serve hot
