king fish
thick slice
1 1/2
teaspoons
chilly
powder
1/4
tsp
turmeric
powder
1/2
tsp
pepper
powder
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
2 – 3
cloves
garlic
1
ginger
small piece
2 – 3
shallot
salt
oil
Instructions
clean fish with salt and water
grind ginger,garlic,shallot, chilly,pepper,turmeric and salt.make a fine paste.
add lemon juice and mix well
in a bowl take fish pieces and marinate fish pieces with this mix
cover with a lid and keep refrigerator for 2 hour.
heat sufficient oil in a pan spread 2-3 curry leave sprigs in this
then arrange fish pieces on top of the curry leaves.
shallow fry each side
serve hot
