  1. clean and cut ladies finger in to medium pieces
  2. clean and cut tomato
  3. clean and split green chilies.
  4. heat oil in a pan add curry leaves and thinly sliced onion saute for few minutes.
  5. add ladies finger and saute well.add chopped tomato, green chilly,turmeric powder and chilly powder.saute for few minutes.
  6. add salt and sufficient water.
  7. cook till ladies fingers are done.
  8. switch off the stove.
  9. heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds and add to the gravy.
