  1. in a bowl whisk together maida,egg ,sugar ,milk and salt and make a smooth and thin batter.
  2. in another bowl add coconut, crushed cumin ,sugar and cardamom.mix well and keep aside.
  3. heat a skillet or non stick pan.lightly coat ghee.then add a ladle full of maida batter, spread it and make round crepes.
  4. cook until both sides become light brown.when both sides have cooked well add 2-3 teaspoon full of coconut mix to one side of dosa;fold it.just press the edges.serve hot
Recipe Notes

I made it with out egg ,coconut milk and sugar(batter).just mix salt maida and water ,heat a non stick pan.add a ladle full of batter,make round crepes.fill with coconut filling .serve hot.add more milk if you cant make a fine batter with 1/2 cup of milk or you can add water.
