For rice:-clean,wash and drain rice well.heat ghee in a vessel add cardamom,cloves and cinnamon.saute for few minutes, then add thinly sliced onion ,saute well .once onion become transparent add green chilly ,garlic and ginger paste,saute well .you will get a pleasant aroma.then add drained rice.stir few minutes.add salt and sufficient water to cook the rice.cook well.when rice done remove 3/4 of the rice on to a plate.spread egg masala on top of the rice left in the vessel.do layering till masala and rice finish.cover the vessel with a tight lid and heat over a slow fire for 5 minutes.remove from fire and mix masala and rice together.
