garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
  1. clean and cut chicken in to small or medium pieces.
  2. for making garam masala dry roast and grind all ingredients under garam masala;make a fine powder.
  3. soak both chilies in hot water for one hour .grind chili ,ginger, garlic, pepper green chilly and curry leaves.
  4. marinate chicken pieces with grounded paste,turmeric,fennel powder,garam masala ,salt and lemon juice.keep marinated chicken in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces.
  6. serve hot
