Ingredients

Papaya

cup
Coconut
1/4
teaspoon
cumin seed

shallot

tablespoon
chilli
powder

teaspoon
turmeric
powder
2 – 3
red chili
pieces

water
mustard
curry leaves
salt
oil
Instructions
clean papaya and cut in to small cubes .
add papaya,turmeric ,chilly powder, salt and water in a pressure cooker.
cover the pressure cooker and lock the lid, wait for 2-3 whistle to come.
let the pressure release naturally.
add coconut shallot and cumin seeds to a blender,make a smooth paste.
mash cooked papayas well.
add coconut paste in to cooked and smashed papaya , stir well and bring to boil.switch off the stove.
heat oil in pan add mustard seeds when it splutter add chopped shallots red chilly pieces and curry leaves . fry for 2-3 minutes.
add this in to the curry stir well
cover with a lid
serve warm with rice.
