Ingredients
3/4
cup
wheat flour
1/4
cup
maida
oil
water
as needed
oil
Instructions
take a bowl add both flour and salt.mix well
add water little by little while kneading
make a fine dough(not too hard or too watery)
make small balls out of it
roll it out in to small circles
heat sufficient oil in a deep bottom pan
drop poori in to oil.when poori starts to puff gently press on top of the poori with ladle.it helps the poori to puff up.turn it.so both side become brown.
once done transfer to a paper towel .serve with bhaji.
