  1. clean sardines,add salt and turmeric powder,mix well
  2. grind shallot,green chilly,chilly powder,pepper,ginger and garlic together.make a fine paste
  3. add this mix to cleaned sardines keep aside for 15-30 minutes
  4. heat oil in pan and fry sardines.
  5. serve hot.
