  1. clean shark(take out the skin) and cut in to small pieces.
  2. mix ginger paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. marinate shark pieces with this mix.
  4. keep aside for 15-30 minutes
  5. heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces.
