Ingredients

shark
1/2 1
chilly
powder1 table spoon
1/4
teaspoon
turmeric
1/4
tsp
ginger
paste
salt
oil
Instructions
clean shark(take out the skin) and cut in to small pieces.
mix ginger paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
marinate shark pieces with this mix.
keep aside for 15-30 minutes
heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces.
