  1. clean and cut bitter guard in to thin pieces
  2. in a bowl add bitter guard and coconut flakes.marinate it with chili powder salt and turmeric powder.keep aside for 5-10 minutes
  3. heat oil in a pan add marinated bitter guard and coconut , fry it until coconut and bitter guard turns to brown and crispy.then remove it from the pan and keep aside.
  4. in the same oil add curry leaves and sliced chili.fry it until it become crispy.remove from pan and mix it with fried bitter guard and coconut.
  5. store in an air tight container for up to 7-10 days.
