Instructions
  1. Mix chopped beans and chopped shallots together with salt
  2. heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds
  3. when mustard starts splutter add a pinch of turmeric then add pea and shallots.
  4. stir well, pour little bit water and cover the pan ,reduce flame .
  5. cook for 10 minutes.stirring occasionally.
  6. remove from fire and serve with rice.

while cleaning pea pods may need to be stringed.
