tender coconut

china grass

water
Instructions
cut china grass in to small pieces and soak it in to 1/2 cup of water for 15 minutes.
separate tender coconut water and flesh .keep it aside.
add sugar in to coconut water and mix well.
cut tender coconut flesh in to small pieces.
boil 1 1/2 cup water in a pan and add soaked and drained china grass in to it. stir well in a low flame until china grass melts completely.
mean time slightly heat tender coconut water.
then add melted china grass in to the tender coconut water.stir well.
strain it and add flesh of tender coconut in to it.transfer this to a pudding bowl
let it cool and place in a refrigerator for 2-3 hour
serve and enjoy!
