Ingredients

ml
Whipping cream
chilled
150
g
good quality dark chocolate
3
tbsp
sugar
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water.remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In another bowl add the whipping cream and sugar whisk until soft peaks form.
gently fold in the chocolate (make sure the chocolate is completely cooled). chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Transfer to serving bowls.Top the bowls with chocolate chips or fresh berries and serve
