  1. clean and wash prawns well.pat dry it, then dry roast until prawns become brown.
  2. dry roast red chili.grill coconut slices until it become brown(traditionally,it is roasted over burning charcoal) .
  3. add prawns in to a processor,grind well and make a fine powder.
  4. then add coconut slices,chili,shallot and salt in to it,grind well.
  5. serve with rice.
